Does the new v4 firmware stop the slow text messaging?

Mines started taking about 20 seconds to send a message now, sometimes longer. I dont just mean for the little outgoing arrow to dissapear either, I'm talking about the progress bar that shows up after hitting send

Mine is a lot better now but that may be because it was wiped, which seems to be a temporary cure for it, so its a bit too soon to tell.

Lets wait couple of weeks and lets state it here.. mine is fine, lightning fast. I HOPE THIS PROBLEM WONT COME BACK.

You still have problem with freezing while sending sms message? You're in V4?
