What does the bit after the Nokia N80 mean on the Firmware?

Network costumization if I'm not mistaken. For example: 58.01 - 58 - Your network ; 01 - Euro 1.

58 is UK CV whatever that means
01 is Euro 1

My firmware originally showed as 58.01 on a SIM free N80. Since flashing shows as (01).
