Help Please...

Hi, I�m Mark from the Philippines. It was my first time to post here but I�ve been reading entries here for quite sometime. I was thinking of having my N80�s firmware upgraded because of certain bugs that I encounter most especially that awful long time to send text messages. I�m not exaggerating but mine freezes for about 70seconds before it sends the messages. I�ve had my phone for a month now, and normally forwards/sends at least 200 text messages a day (unlimited text service). I reformatted my phone using *#7370# and it was lightning fast again. But after sometime, (about two days), it starts to slow down again, freezes for about 15-20 seconds before it sends the message, and it won�t be long before it starts to take longer than that. I phoned Brightpoint Philippines (Nokia Care Center) and told them about my problem. They said that the firmware upgrade might solve the problem but the problem is, my unit was originally released in Cambodia and it�s not covered with warranty and I have to pay 500php (10usd), actually it was fine with me, but they also said that it has a 50% of having no power because the phone is not released in the Philippines and the firmware might not be compatible (?) or something like that. I don�t know what they meant, but I really, really wanted this phone so much, I can live with the blurred pictures taken by its camera and its short battery life but I just can�t accept the constant freezing and VERY LONG time it takes to send text messages. Please help me, I waited for so long and saved my allowance for quite sometime just to buy this phone, should I flash it with the new firmware? If so, can anybody help me with it, step by step, as it is my first time to do this? Please? Thank you guys and hope you could help me with my problem.
