E70 - email deletion and SMTP server overriding

A couple of questions concerning e-mail handling on E70 (and possible other
models in the same family):

#1: Is it only me that don't understand why an email is left in the inbox
when trying to delete it? I know about the option to choose whether to delete
locally only or on server and locally. But it seems to be stuck in the innbox until
either disconnecting and reconnecting the mailbox, or when getting a new email. Just updating the email inbox won't delete it. I haven't really figured out the logic to get things deleted.... Well, they eventually get deleted, but...

#2: SMTP overriding. Typically using email with a WLAN connection, I connect
to my email/broadband provider using their SMTP server for outgoing mail.
When using a GPRS connection, the GSM GPRS provider blocks access to
my email provider's SMTP server, and I have to use the GSM GPRS
provider's SMTP server. First I solved this by creating two e-mail boxes with
different settings. Then I found an SMTP override feature within
the "Accessgroup" connection settings, thinking, "Wow, they thought of
my problem..." Meaning I could define an SMTP override when the GPRS network was used, but not when the WLAN connections is used. I cannot
get it working however... Anyone tried it...

Yes. Emails only disapear from the Inbox when the connection to the email server is closed. I personally see that as a bug but chances are that Nokia sees that as a "feature".

For the records, this seems to work. Got lost in the configuration somewhere
I suppose...
