I need to write in symbian for nokia 6681 a form ith more field, for example name, surname and other...how to?

I think this site would be a good starting point.

P.S.: symbian is an operative system not a coding language. You can code for the symbian platform(s) in many languages: C, Python, Flash and so on and so fall.
