I have an E61, and liked the phone so I decided to get my wife one as well. After spending the weekend setting it up, I tried to change the default lock from 12345 to one of my choosing.....I keep getting a GENERAL: System Fault when I try and change it. If I enter something that I know is wrong, then it gives me the usual code error.....so it doesn't seem to be a case of entering the wrong code. Fortunately, I haven't enabled any locks, so the phone is fine to use, but it's frustrating. Is their a reset code that Nokia could give me, or when I have the firmware upgraded, will this reset the lock.
