Hi,

My Nokia 9300 fell down and both displays are coming on but it stays there.

Is there any way to reset my software please let me know.

Try an Hard format: Green key + * + 3 and power on. Maybe...

Even I'm not able to get nokia logo.

That was I�m afraid... When a device drops, most of times the problem is not software, but hardware. Go with Your device to a Nokia Service Point, it must have a damage.
