Faster way of uploading as business card?

Is there anyway i can upload my contacts via a business card to my PC through infra red quicker than just going through one by one and scrolling down to business card then sending as Infra Red? as soon as i highlight more than one person, it immediately disables the ability to send through bluetooth. and infra red leaving email. i have over 300 contacts in my phone book and i'll get some hard skin on my thumb probably if i have to send them one by one as i would of pressed sooo many buttons.

oh yeah, my pc suite doesn't work which is why i'm using this method.

do you think i could copy the contacts cdb onto my pc and then format my phone then upload that contacts file back to my phone again? has anyone tried that successfully?

thanks for your help

(ps, if it costs 2pence per kilobyte using GPRS on t mobile, then it costs over 20 quid per megabyte, not 10 pounds as everyone has said (i think))

Create a group in your contact book called "Business Card".

Duplicate your contact to the group. SO next time when you wanna beam your contact to your friends, just goto the contact book, select Groups, then click on Business Card (the group you created) and send via BT or IR.

Hope this help

i can't send a "GROUP" over anything, i've created a new group in my groups section, put loads of contacts into it, but can't send the group.???
