N80 - Loose Battery Cover

Can't say I've noticed this on mine, but then I've always used a "Crystal Case" to cover and protect the phone. This comes in two parts which clip over the front and rear of the phone, and is made of clear plastic strong enough to protect from average drops.

They're worth considering if you aren't using a protective cover at the moment as they're dirt cheap (about £3/£4 off eBay including postage) - I'm just replaced my first one and my phone is still spotless. The front part also protects the screen from damage - essential given the price of replacement.

on my batt cover iv used sum sticky sponge frm my gfs craft stuff, does the trick!

I did the following:

1. Located the places where it doesn't fit perfectly. In my case those were the two upper corners.

2. On those places, inside a cover, I placed little pieces of black isolation tape (the one electricians use)

Now it fits perfectly.

I used tissue and fold it till it fit perfectly, then placed it on top of the battery and viola! its not loose anymore.

very thin piece of foam between teh battery cover and the n80, actually thats how i received mine from ebay ;]
