PLEASE HELP! I noticed on some screen snapshots I've seen on some forums that Blackberry emails can sit on the Standby screen, I rang my carrier and they had no idea how to do this... Any ideas?

In email settings select the Default Mailbox you want to appear in standby mode, once you select the correct mailbox a dialog box ask "show in stand by?" press yes and the mailbox will be shown in standby screen
That's fantastic thanks! I can't believe my service provdider or Nokia copuldn't tell me the answers?? Shouldn't they know everything there is to know about these phones?
Also can I have two email accounts sitting on the standby screen?
