I've got a bluetooth handsfree kit in my car (none Nokia) which hooks up to my car stereo; I've had a C600 working off this with no problems but my new Nokia N73 decides to send EVERY piece of audio to the headset; which would be fine but it means if I touch my phone my CD or radio cuts off for 30 seconds, I'd really like to get the Nokia to only connect during a call, is this possible?
Bluetooth only for calls?
I would also like to be able to stop this with my N73.
Turning the volume down seems to work for most things, but if an SMS comes in it mutes the stereo for me even though I've got the message tone set to off!
I'm actually using a CK-7w car kit via bluetooth using a telemute which diverts the audio from the car kit to the front speakers of the car and mutes the audio accordingly.
I've contacted the nokia support groups but not had anything come back from that at all yet.
I'm running firmware v4.0735.3.0.2 dated 01-09-2007 (was previously on a v3 but have updated this week) and I just can't seem to find a way of stopping it!
