Nokia 6681 - Backup Problem

Hope u all help me...
Everytime I start backup PC suite says "Unable to close applications" or "Connection to phone lost"

Please help me as I want to take backup and update my firmsware.

Quick response is highly appreciated.

Uninstall all PCSuite, use a regclean program and clean all entries related with PCSuite, reboot PC, then install the last version of PCSuite from Nokia Site, and should work.

Dear Sir,

I did same..
Still m not able to take backup and same error message appears.

If you get unable to close application, it measn that an application (or several) in your phone is not closing to enable backup, you can try to battery boot your phone, start it and then immediately run backup.

Your installation programs are on Card or phone? If on card, remove it, reboot the phone and try again.

All my installations are on card...
But i also want to take backup of Memory card also...
Please help at urgent
