Hi Folks,
I bought a Nokia 9300i about 2 months ago and have had lots of problems.
The specific problems have included:Corruption of spreadsheet data
Failure to sync though the pc suite goes through all the steps - it just doesn't update things.
The Nokia help team have been good and sent many emails my direction:
I have cleaned out the older versions of Nokia PC Suite and installed the latests. I've formatted the disck on the 9300i. I have reset the PC connection suite on the phone. Despite following their various instructions problems persist.
Of course there is the possibility that I'm missing something obvious but getting help withthat would probable take more description of the problem so I'll spare the forum at least for the moment! I also have PDAs of various sorts in the past and worked things out pretty easily so I don't think it's that.
What I was hoping to find out was are these common problems or do I have a more individual problem?
