Can't scroll up or back???

My phone is on V3.0614.03

Haven't bothered updating the firmware yet as I haven't been having too many problems up 'til now. Since this morning I haven't been able to scroll up or back thro' any of my menus. This includes scrolling thro' the sms inbox and the image gallery.

Anyone had similar problems and did V.4 fix it?

It's difficult to tell without actually seeing your phone but I suspect that this is actually a hardware problem with the microswitches rather than a software problem.

Try a hard format first but if you're still left directionless I'd suggest a trip to the nearest Nokia Service Centre.
