se p990i or nokia E 61?

Well, both phones are ugly , but I would go for the P990i, simply because the E61 looks like an oversized desktop calculator & I might be able to live with the 'looks' of the P990i!

No, seriously, the P990i must be the most advanced mobile on the market right now - bar none. Start comparing the two side by side (www.gsmarena.com might let you do that) and you'll see the P990i is superior (and smaller 😊 ) to the E61.

I'm looking at the e61 because it's about half the price the 990i will probably be when it comes out in Aus.

thats exactly my problem...
i've just sold my blackberry 8700c now & i've even got a p990i (bought a new one for my friend) in my hand & i dont like the keyboard too much..its just too small for everyday use & emailing.
i dont care much for the camera, but the P990i is an amazing phone & a very good size overall....

the E61 has an ecellant keyboard, just what i want but i hear the sofwtare is slow.... after the speedy blackberry i wold want something fast.

in the P990i i can upgrade the firmware myself & saves me time & money....on the E61 you cant do it yourself...though i think this IY will be out soon as well.

what to do.... & yes the E61 costs half of what the P990i costs...

990i is technical superior, but the UIQ is a rare solution... I don�t know any person with one UIQ phone. E61 - S60, well, have lot of software available.

I stumbled across the new Fujitsu Siemens Pocket LOOX T830 and I think that might be my next phone - only thing that I need some clarity on, is the battery life of the T830.

the battery of the sep990 not so good
the e61 so easy to use,when the p990 if u take off the flip under the sun ....well if u can see anything ... then u are the new superman ...
