The E62 is now available in Canada on Rogers.
I suspect that as was assumed the device does not come with 3G or WiFi as they are not specifically mentioned. However on the technical page under connectivity they have the following statement. However I supect that its an error and was copied over from an E61 page.
WCDMA (3GPP Release 99) & WLAN connection can be shared by multiple applications at the same time. For example: email, browser and synchronization. Possible to use WLAN, Bluetooth technology, USB and infrared at the same time
