Everytime my phone gets a little bit of shock like a slight drop onto a table, an error comes up that says "it is unsafe to remove memory card" or somthing like that. and then the memory card is unavailable after that even tho its still in the slot and intact, i usually have to restart the phone for it to work again, is this normal?

No, sounds like a fault to me. Best get it checked out under warranty.
My N80 has fallen out of my shirt pocket quite a few times, often onto a tiled floor and has never had a problem like yours with memory card.

Yep, I have this issue too. Switching it off and back on recovers it but I haven't worked why it happens. Maybe I should consult my phone company..
