viewing .sis file on computer

do you guys know a tools that can view .sis file on a computer?
because i like to see what it looks like before installing it to my smartphone.

Yes there is and is called HalWin. Basicaly it does the same thing which happens when you install the app on your phone.

but it only display the package files.
what i need is something like a cellphone simulator,
that display the apps exactly like in a cellphone.

There isn't one. The Symbian emulators for PCs that one gets with the Symbian SDKs (Software Development Kits) are what is available, and they run only programs compiled for the emulator, and cannot run programs that are compiled for an actual target device (=phone).

I was just kidding man, no offence😃 Why don't you test them directly on your phone? None of the emulators will behave like the real target - the phone.
