when I connect my E-61 to the computer using USB cable, the connection seems not stable. for example, if I copy a file to the phone, after the copy is completed, the connection will be lost and I have to unplug and then plug the cable to the phone. has anyone here got this problem? is there any way to solve this? thanks

Maybe... Try uninstall, clean registry and install again PCSuite.
I experienced the same thing and an uninstall/reinstall of PC Suite fixed the problem.
