Gosh, between them Nokia and Motorola control over half of the phone market so if they're both backing DVB-H then it's got to be the favourite standard for mobile TV.
Two things might trip the standard up though: the actual phone network operators might go for a rival standard, or the public might be completely indifferent towards all forms of mobile TV.
