Please read this before buying a phone from b4utele.com.
The phones this company supply are Grey Imports, you will have NO warranty, and NO customer support in the EU. This means that if you need either a firmware upgrade or a repair in the EU, you will not be able to without cost to yourself, as Nokia no longer offer a worldwide warranty, it is specific to the area the phone was destined to be sold in.
Further to that if you do get a firmware upgrade done it is not until afterwards when you collect your phone from the Nokia service centre that you find that the phone has now become an expensive paperweight.
The company is based in the UK in birmingham but do not let that fool you, please read all the FAQ's and Terms and Conditions on their site before buying as I didn't. (Straight from Froogle to the page where the phone is and on to the checkout.) Nowhere does it tell you that you have no warranty or that the phones are shipped from asia, unless you go back to the index and read links from their homepage. (The Terms link is in fine print right at the bottom of the page.)
I am now in the midst of a legal wrangle to get an N93 shaped door stop repaired that is only 3 weeks old.
