I have a problem syncing my contacts from PC to N93 phone. Some contacts only has the names but phone numbers are missing. My contacts just contain names and phone numbers, at most 2 numbers - no addresses and other advanced details.
I have read in this forum this *might* be due to Outlook 2003. Well, i have outlook 2003 in my machine, but i am using Nokia's PC Suite contacts to sync.
Any advice would be great 😊
Cheers
I had a problem with a previous phone and Outlook 2003, it was solved by installing the latest Office 2003 Service Pack, also make sure you have latest PC Suite
I dont have any experience with N93, but with others, since the Contacts menu is the same, I think You have some error on PCSuite. So, uninstall PCSuite, clean registry, reboot, and install the last PCSuite again. Should work.

All right, i can now confirm that Outlook will fubar your contacts. I tried all the suggestions above and the results were the same.
Then it set me to think, and I went through all my thoughts and actions taken, and i realised when editing the contacts, the vcards were associated with outlook, and it launched outlook during the edits. All my contacts on the phone that's missing phone numbers are edited with outlook.
Contacts that was not edited or edited with PC suite were behaving correctly. I cleared all my contacts, pulled a backup copy of my vcards, and edited them with PC Suite, and voila, everything works beautifully.
Thanks nj7 and skearon for the advise and tips.
