Hi, recently Ive had a few issues with my 3650 keypad, first the clear and 7 buttons became unreponsive, and now the 6 key. I rmemeber a key becoming unresponsive before and it seemed to fix itself, but doesnt look like its going to happen now.
Apparently itsa hardeware problem not a software problem, one that reformating the phone will fix, unofrtunatly cannot really do so as i need the 7 key to type the reset code (im trying to figure out a way to copy paste a 7 into the dial field but so far nothing). Any advice at all would br greatly appreciated!
