I noticed it few days ago, when I had an irregular number of un answered calls...I havn't changed any settings of my profile (and it says, that the vibration is on), however the phone just woun't vibrate on incomming call. Has anyone experienced a similar problem, and if so, how did you fix it?

Well, I have a really bad experience with Nokia repair center (long story made short, I don't think they could even make themseves a cup of tea with step-by-step manual).
I was really hoping to get an answer of some short before turning to them :\

Have you tried a hard reset? *#7370# Worth it if all else has failed I suppose. (After backing-up of course)

This is definately worth trying. My N80's vibrate didn't work when it was just out of the box but came back after doing a reset to defaults from the settings menu.

sounds like a short with the vibrate motor... you 'could' try shaking the hell outta the phone or giving it a few tough taps... if it works after that it probably is a short that just needs 'reattaching'

You 'could' diy it but it'd be bye bye warrenty, so service center is next stop. 😮
Good luck

Have you checked the General profile and ensured that the vibration alert is switched on? (I know this may sound daft but its an easy mistake)

Tools -> Profiles -> General -> Personlise -> Vibrating Alert = On
