How do i get the bitrate better playing on the phone it just plays 3gp at 64 kbps how can i get it sounding good?

Use Realplayer instead.

When do the files, try with different bitrate, and see, wich one sounds better.

When i use realplayer instead it says it cannot connect to server now i think this is because i dont have the newist software on the phone what should i do?

and i dont really want to upgrade the phone atm its all working fine lol

Yeah dont risk bricking it. Use Nokia's software updater when its ready.
