Can someone tell me how can I set the shutter tone to mute. Is thr any such option. I dont want the loud camera click sound while I am taking the snaps

I don't think it can be done thru the user interface. I even tried muting the phone (which btw works on SE and Samsung phones). The most i can do was to set to the softest tone, which is tone 4.

I would be ecstatic if someone could tell me i'm wrong 😊

That's easy, you don't have to change the profile to silent at all. It's the same on all nokia phones, all you do is go to profile settings and turn the warning sounds off and then you'll have no more shutter sounds.

Are you refering to Profiles->Warning tones? I set it to off, but to no avail.

I tried turning off the warning tones but the camera still makes the same amount of sound. It works for other phones eg 6681 etc but didn't work for n93

it should work on the N93 because a few of my mates have that phone and it worked on theirs everytime. As soon as they switched the warning sounds off in the profiles there was no more shutter sounds.
