I am messing around with the excellent Carbide.UI 3.1 image studio for the E61 but have hit a roadblock when I try to edit the native SVG vector image format. Theoretically it should open in any vector graphics app like Fireworks or later versions of Photoshop, but they all refuse to open the format. Anyone else who designs themes have any suggestions?

Use Adobe Illustrator? (Costly, but knows how to handle SVG & SVG-T.)

Big size, isn't it? Around 400 MB. Same with Photoshop.
