A friend of me has the E60 and asked me to help � but I found no regarding setting or something in the manual:
Does anybody knows, how to switch off the flashing of the display lighting, if a call receives? Because of all the Blinking, it is difficult to read who is calling.

I've found that when the backlight is off and the phone is locked, or the screen is flashing screen during an alarm or call, a quick press of the power button makes the screen light up and stay lit.
Thank you for your hints. So it seems, that it is not possible to switch off this feature in a setting, for always.
