Isn't there anybody else realy, realy pissed about the fact that Nokia does not issue an update for N80?

Did anyone try to contact Nokia and tell them about it?
I did, and then they said that is seen from my conctact info, that I am not under their teritory and they redirected me somewhere...
Realy would need info about the update for N80 our support center is shit, and realy far away for me so I don't think I will update it there.
And on the other hand my phone came with 2 year warranty, soo I don't want to flash it myself!
