A tad pricey but the write up claims the pouch is made from a soft leather, so the feel of it may warrant the cost... I'm tempted to get one so I can belt mount my 7650, but, the phone is bulky enough as it is, let along wrapping the thing in leather :s

Anyone found any tough material pouches?

Here's mine. Brought it for $24.95AUD. It's not a genuine Nokia pouch, but better. It fits my N7650 like a condom 😉 it's no bulkier than the phone itself.

The material is tough but nice to touch. It has a static velvet lining so it cleans my screen each time to pull it out. I only wish it had a transparent pvc front panel 😞 but what do expect for it's price 😃

On yeah... my N7650 site is a week away :P been having problems formatting the ringtones and wallpapers 😮ops:

I bought the 'tan' version (the black was out of stock and I could'nt wait) of the case you mentioned it is a very good case.
It is a soft leather, but it protects the 7650 well.

I only have a couple issues with it, and they are :-

It comes with a separate belt clip that clips to the back of the case, this allows the case to spin through 360 degrees and takes a bit of getting used to.
Also you cannot use the phone while it is in the case, not even to charge it.

But it is the best case I have seen avaialable in the UK for the 7650 - until one appears that allows you to se and use the phone while in the case.

And no I don't have any connections to expansys

Fair do's, that does look like a mighty fine pouch at bargain prices! 😃 Now, can we have some more piccies with ur phone in it? Does it allow you to slide the phone open still in the case?

nah you cant really slide it out of its case but as for every thing else makin calls and games and stuff can all be played still in the case makin it better than any pouch its even got the slot for infared cut out and the corner protection is good compared to the nokia pouch you see above which will set you back a hefty 20 with no corner protection atall i will post a pic of the phone in the case later today

The nokia pouch is best... Just sits nicely on your belt, doesnt take up pocket space [strange how the 7650 does that with no effert] and wen u use it just take it out leaving it normal and easy to use! Long live nokia pouch! Plus the clear circle around the velcro illuminates [due to screen] which gives a lovely glow

but if the most feared does happen and you drop it look at the corner of your phone while its in the case ohhhhh no protection is there 20 badly spent i say and you have to remove it while charging so many bad points and only one good one (the glow) each to there own i guess my mates got the same one as you but he dropped his and scuffed the corner now it looks real ugly so my advise is dont drop it 😃

What would've been nice was if Nokia had designed a lil slot thingy on the back of the slide so that you could use the same belt clip that you can buy for the 7110. Looks like a button poking out the back of your 7110 that simply clips into the belt mount...

Dead easy - 'cept there is no provision for one :-?

Ah well... I'll pop into Cardiff on Saturday (early to avoid most of the christmas pedestrian traffic in the shopping areas) and check out the cell phone shops, see what gives...
