general system error

Hi have tried searching for a answer but have had no joy. So apologising early if this has already been answered. When connecting to email - vizzavi i get a general system error. Any ideas? :-?

Are you sure your email and connection settings are correct ?
And you are not trying to connect through GPRS-WAP?

Please try to be more specific on your question. 😃

Have emailed ok before wothout any problems. When trying to send it connects via gsm email then to vizzavi before coming up with a general system error message. There are no other details with the error message.

i take it your on voda ? contact them they will help you

Yeah on Voda. Have already tried them. :-? They have given me a vizzavi number. Perhaps one day i'll get through 😞 . Will keep on trying. Cheers for your help.
