guys.. pls help me.. everytime i download files like themes and install it on my N70 cellphone the message will appear "installation security error. unable to install!"

PLS help me.. im new with this N70
Go to apllication manager, and change the settings of installation to "allow" and "don�t search for internet"... is more or less like that (I don�t have my N70 with me right now).
