BlackBerry BES - Lotus Notes - Address Book Sync

I have successfully setup BlackBerry BES on my P990i to work with our company Lotus Notes server. E-mails are sent and received, my Lotus Notes calendar syncs with the P990i, but I cannot get my Lotus Notes contacts to sync with the P990i via BlackBerry. Only via the PC Suite software.

Any suggestions?

The contact book only offers "ADDRESS LOOK UP". There is not contact sync with the BB Connect software. But in essence, it all works the same way. Its just a way for it to not clutter your handset when the contacts can just stay on the server and pulled whenever you need it.

Thanks. The address lookup only gains access though to the company address book on the server, but not to my personal contacts in Lotus Notes. It would be nice if I could access my personal address book, even if it was through address lookup only.
