Remove pre install files

hey I have searched the forum and do not know if I missed it but is there a way to delete the sound files and images that came on the phone if yes how so

If they are on folders, found and cleaned by Y-browser or another file explorer, yes, can be deleted. If they are on ROM memory, no.
