Help...... I CAN'T recieve the call when PLAYING music

I'm from Viet Nam.

I've got a sendo-x, but when listenning to music (mp3) by Mp3 or UltraMP3 sofware with handsfree or headset, i can't recieve all calls (another person can't phone me).

Please help me...
