E60 wi fi problem

Hi there,

although i've read all the topics of S60 series, i haven't noticed such problem.
My new E60 can connect to all wi-fi including my neighbours wi-fi's but i cannot connect to my home wi fi.

i choose "select wi fi" than my wi fi appears with very strong signal (since it s near me) than i choos it it says connecnting but nothing but a blank page..

i tried the same with opera .. nothing changed.

then i go near the window, search for wlan again. my wlan and my neigbour's appears, i choose my neigbour's it works! (although the signal is weak)

as for my wlan, i dont use WEP nore MAC filtering..
it s totally open..

my wireless adsl modem is US Robotics.. (maybe it useful??)

i can't even connect to internet via ippassthrough..

anyone with any ideas????

i really need your help..

i don't have anything.. it's totally open and public..

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (SymbianOS/9.1; U; en-us) AppleWebKit/413 (KHTML, like Gecko) Safari/413 es60)

What make is your router? I'm using a safecom and have no problems

I have an E61. My problem is slightly different (probably not technically) but I am able to connect easily to my home network (unsecured) but not to any other public unsecured networks. 'have tried at hotels & airports. Its very frustrating and the previous solution of resetting the routers is not available(!!).
Any help / suggestions would be appreciated.
Regards

I have got that problem, too.
I can't seem to connect to WLAN/WiFi Hotspots on the go.

Instead, I always have to actually create an access point setting (like you would do with your home's wireless network). This way, it always works... but of course, that's a hassle to always having to create a setting for using some public hotspot

has anyone tried to create an adhoc connection, and use that to browse?

I have got it working but it resets as soon as i exit the browser.

anyone else had a similar experience?
