Did everyone/anyone get a message after installing Diago and rebooting saying ALL the dlls could not be registered?
I got the deskey not found message twice (normal) then registering dll's then a message saying not all dlls could be registered and to look at the log file
Phoenix seems to load ok and run..
Should i maybe not continue this ?

Yes, I am pretty sure the dongle hack causes errors in the Phoenix installtation log file.
The most important thing is that you have the correct version of Phoenix installed - 2006_12_5_136 or higher for the N80 and 2006.xx_x_153 or higher for the N73 before you flash.
When Phoenix is loaded, run the following option FILE -> SCAN PRODUCT
The bottom line of the Phoenix window should now show your model number and current Firmware version - if it does not show this DO NOT ATTEMPT a flash.
