no its not freeware you can get a fully features 21day (i think) demo from www.psiloc.com, it does a hell of a lot more than just change the sounds, it can auto change your profile at preset times of day, assign ditterent sounds to each profile as well as wallpaper and button config. Its one of the first programs I bought. There is a pro and standatd versions.

What are the differences between the standard and the professional version?
Sound change works only on Pro version. There was some other minor differencies too, but cant remember. :-?
