Newbie to N80

hello all...just got an N80 and I love it...however I do have a cpl questions

How do i stop the screen from flashing when someone calls?
How do i raise the sound of the alarm clock?
and how do i disable the phone prompting me to lock the keys everytime i slide it down?

Any help would be appreciated!!

Couple of suggestions:

For the alarm sound: Use an MP3 / WAV with sound boosted using an editor such as Audacity (freeware).

The lock prompt can be overridden by Autolock / mLock or one of the other freeware lock programs listed in the software section of this site (I forget which one and I'm too knackered to look a the mo. With the correct app installed the prompt pops up then vanishes almost immediately..
