If you mean the Music Edition (which is black), then it has a fluorescent green theme, improved headphones with transport controls in-line and infers it is being bundled with a 1Gb DV RS MMC (the blurb says "up to 1 Gb"..)

So this is selling the highest capacity (2Gb) short and means you'll still get a 64Mb card with it probably.
