Hello all,

I'm a new user of the great 9210 and this is my first post in the forum. First of all I would like to thank to all of you that keep solving so many problems, and a special thank to the owner of the board...

My problem is when I try to use my RealPlayer I get a Note that reads "Failed to open audio device". In the RealPlayer Homegage says that I should install "Advanced Audio Support" but I can't find it in my cdrom... What's the name of the file or anybody can give me a clue so Ican finnaly see and hear movies in my 9210?

2nd Question is if anybody knows a player for WAV cause I convert my Mp3 in wav but I've to play it one per each... Resuming I need a Player with playlist...

Thanks in advance.[ This Message was edited by Rui PGA on 2002-02-02 0110 ]

Hi and welcome!

About RealPlayer, first try to rename your files to *.RM files and you should be able to play them in your 9210.

About the Player, you can choose Multimedia Player from PSI or MP3GO, you can find these programs and more here (www.allabouter6.com) or on www.my-communicator.com. On these web pages you can buy the applications that you need.

Regards!

I reinstall the 9210 MMC and local data and the problem continues when I start a video with real player I get the message Failed to open audio device and I see the movie but with no sound... I'm getting crazy with this...

Try re-installing recorder - this is what controls the WAV playback. Where did you get the Real Movie from?

The problem is solved...

I've upgaded my 92 to V4.13 and reinstalled all the system. Then I've reinstalled all the aplications (in Nokia Homepage) then everything looks perfect...

Thanks all for the help
