please can some one tell me how i can make a new folder on my nokia n80
i want the folder to be in "my own" folder
so from menu to my own, and inside "my own" there i want to make a new folder, i have read the book but nothing there
any idea's, all help welcome

I haven't tried this but couldn't you just open up file manager with the phone connected and use windows explorer to create a folder?
I don�t know if I undestand what is the problem. But With FExplorer from windows, or with a similar program for phone can handle that, or not!
Officially you cannot create folders within folders. However I follwed these instructions by Marty3's on SF and managed to create sub-folders on my old 6680. Haven't tried on my N80 tho.

i go in to menu, i see a folder called" MY OWN", on the same screen is folders like web, calender,clock.
i then click on the folder "MY OWN" i see icons like, log, card deck, snakes,go to.
on that screen i want to create a new folder, so i can put new things into it.
that simple to say, but how is it done..........do i need some special software

There maybe 3rd party software that gives you this functionality but I'm afraid I don't know of any.

As I've already said you cannot create folders within folders normally. However if you follow these instructions on SF then you'll be able to trick the menu into letting you create a folder within the My Own folder
