i use agile messenger.it has exactly same layout as msn and can connect to 4 messenger services aswell.msn,yahoo,icq,aol,
AgileMessegner is the best but you have to pay an ongoing licence (monthly or 3 monthly).
If you want a decent free one, go to google and search for eMSN.jar
