Can any body tale me how to remove the beep tone before phone ring or message tone.

The other way, is edit the profile You want, and turn off "Other sounds"... (I�m not sure wich is the word that appears in english for that).
that "beep" you are referring to is a security feature by nokia, basically the phone wants to tell you "pull me away from your ear, i'm going to ring!"
yes I know ... it's hardly a "feature"... also considering the shitty loudspeaker...
you can get rid of that beep however by updating the firmware AFAIK
