viewing contacts from backup of 6630

Hello,
I have a backup of the contacts stored on my Nokia 6630 phone.
Currently I do not have the phone with me, but the back up of the numbers is there on my computer. I want to retreive some of the contact numbers.

How can I do that from the back up without having the phone with me?

If you have backed up it as a vCard file then you can open that with a compataible application or even with a Text editor, otherwise if you have taken a backup from the Tools>>Memory option I'm out of idea.
