Help Me Please

I own a 9300 and need help with playing videos on it

i have put rm videos on it and played them using real player on the phone, however i only got sound a black screen????

Any comments and help would be much appreciated

Make sure they're encoded in a Real Video format supported by the 9300. Check http://forum.nokia.com/video for info.
