I know that this as been probably been covered but I keep getting this message when trying to sync my phone with my laptop.
The syncronisation gets stuck at 285 items of 410 and the handset will not talk to my laptop.
I have done a full reset a couple of times but I keep getting the message, what is the cure as it's really pissing me off and pretty soon I'm going to lose something valuable.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
