Word in E61 displays only rectangle boxes

Hi folks!

Something is always frustrating me, but i dun seem to see much people having this problem. Whenever I open up a MS word docuement, about 60% of the time i will see only boxes, and no text. when i copy and paste text from notes into the word doc, similarly, i see only boxes.

This problem actually makes the word doc pretty unusable. Any ideas on how to solve it?

Someone I know had this problem on a E-70. After updating the firmware the problem was solved. Perhaps it is a firmware issue too. Suggest take it to a Nokia service point to update the firmware.
