for some reason, everything that was on my memory card has dissappeared from the gallery.
so i put the memory card into my computer (its a 1gig one), and checked the properties, its showing that the card is half full, which is what it should be, but the files are no where to be found.
any ideas on how to retrieve them?
Not even on a card reader? Do You delete them some way:con?
no, they're not even appearing on a card reader.
the memory size that is being used is right, so the files are still on there somewhere.
but i assumed it was the phone that did this to the card, as i hadn't taken the memory card out in ages.

Search for mg2 folder in the MMC and delete it. It happend on one of my colleagues 6630 - he deleted all the files from gallery but the card was still full. Gallery makes some kind of log on the mentioned folder (E:\System\Data\mg2) and although the log is quite small, somehow the FAT is not updated and the card looks like it is still haveing all the files or even worse, delete them.
