Hey guyz , ive created a theme and i like it very much - BUT - is there a way to change the shortcut menu bar from horizontal to vertical?

Maybe... I don�t know for sure, but are people with lock devices from "3" or "Orange" (don�t remenber) that wan�t to do the opposite, remove the VERTICAL network bar:con?

any way to reflash it to original Nokia Fw???
(or a better one ?)

You'd need to take the phone to a Nokia service centre - depending on which one it is, they might be willing to flash the phone with a generic firmware, but they are not under any obligation to do so.

Damn , no way to download a bios file and flash it thru USB?

Not at the moment.

When downloadable firmwares DO become available, they will be network specific.
